About us

The IT Courts and Notaries Offices with around 45 employees ensures the reliable operation of the entire IT infrastructure for the higher court, the district courts and the notaries' offices in the Canton of Zurich. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and open personality as an IT trainer (80-100%) immediately or by appointment.

Tasks

• Training our legal and commercial employees on the specialist application we developed ourselves as well as other IT applications and support in achieving their learning goals
• Maintaining our extensive knowledge database with information sheets and learning videos that are tailored to the efficient use of internal IT resources (MS Windows/Office, telephony, hardware)
• Conception of training events and workshops with suitable learning media and methods for user groups
• Announcement and administration of learning events, planning of external course instructors, keeping of course statistics
• Conducting courses
• Testing new developments and releases of the specialist application
• Regular participation in 1st level support at our service desk
• Participation in projects

Requirements

• Experience in imparting learning content to larger groups with the interest in independently and creatively designing educational offerings in the digital age and designing them in a didactically professional manner
• Ability to document complex issues in a way that is tailored to the target group
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written German
• Interest in information and communication technology topics
• Confident use of the MS Office palette, especially Word
