To support our teams, as of July 1, 2026, we are looking for: Nurse HF/FH for the Competence Center Psychiatry 60-80 % Your tasks

• You bring your expertise specifically to the ambulatory psychiatric care
• As a case-leading care specialist, you are responsible for the entire care process of your customers and carry out needs assessments according to interRAI-CMH.
• In close cooperation with relatives, doctors, clinics and other specialist centres, you provide holistic care
• In the team, you represent your colleagues internally and externally and are actively involved in committees of the Competence Center Psychiatry
• Within our self-organized team, you take on responsibility and actively participate in the further development of the competence center psychiatry

Requirement profile

• Diploma as nurse HF/FH with a focus on psychiatry
• Several years of professional experience in inpatient psychiatry (ideally with ZSR number)
• Enjoying a varied working environment as well as an independent, self-responsible working method
• Responsibility for the entire care process of your customers
• Cat B driving licence, ideally with own vehicle
