You work independently, contribute your expertise and together with your team ensure a professional and high-quality care of our clients in their familiar home.

Your main tasks include

• Implementation of the care process in cooperation with the case-leading care professionals
• Ensuring professional, individual and client-oriented care in the home environment
• Interprofessional cooperation with family doctors: family members and other specialists involved in the treatment
• Professional support and support of your teammate: women in everyday work
• Professional maintenance documentation and active participation in quality assurance and development

This is what you bring with you

• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent education recognised in Switzerland
• Enjoy independent and responsible work
• A client-oriented attitude and enjoyment of direct contact with people
• Organizational skills, communication skills and enjoyment of working together in a team – also with a dose of humor
• Good IT user knowledge and openness to digital tools
• Driver's license Cat. B or willingness to visit our clients: inside in any weather with the e-bike
