Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care based on the definition of professional care, the care process and the individual reference care in shift operation (defined fixed days possible)
• Co-creation of the patient process in an interdisciplinary and interprofessional environment
• Engaged participation in the further development of the nursing profession

Your profile

• You have a degree as a nurse / nurse specialist HF/FH and already gained professional experience in the acute hospital
• You enjoy working together as well as shaping and maintaining relationships with chronically ill people, but also take responsibility independently
• You feel comfortable in an innovative and development-oriented environment and are ready to actively shape it
• You develop your personal potential through self-reflection

The Rheumatology Bed Station takes care of very different patient groups. We are dependent on young talents who want to deal with both areas of expertise and enjoy the challenge of meeting these demanding heterogeneous patient groups.
