The Park C ward offers support and help to adults between the ages of 18 and 60 in psychological crisis and stress situations. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the ward combines disorder-specific therapy elements with established crisis intervention techniques (Safewards concept) and milieutherapeutic effective factors.

Your tasks Your core tasks include individual, professional care and care for patients at night. You will provide security on the ward and, in cooperation with the doctors on duty, you will be able to manage crises professionally. You will use nursing diagnostics as a working tool, support the implementation of individual care and crisis plans and ensure a calm, stable atmosphere on the ward. You will be guided by the ward and Safewards concept in your way of working. Coordinated and multidisciplinary cooperation offers our patients the best possible treatment success.

Your profile You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and are interested in the psychiatric field. You have empathy and the ability to act calmly and confidently in crisis situations. In addition, you enjoy meeting our patients at eye level and understand adults from the age of 18 for their specific problem solving. If you are a team-oriented, communicative and prudent personality, we will be happy to accept your application.
