For our assistant pool we are looking for spontaneous and temporary work assignments in our clinic from now on or by appointment
The focus of your assignments is on the short-term support of the teams on our stations. In the case of personnel bottlenecks, you will be asked via SMS whether you can make a temporary work assignment. You perform the work assignments in the hourly wage on three different stations in our clinic.
Their tasks
- the individual care and care of patients as well as the contact with their relatives within the framework of the caregiver work and in consultation with the core team
- Care and care: Carry out individual basic and treatment care for patients, promote mobility and support everyday life management
- Medical tasks: administering drugs, caring for wounds, controlling vital values and implementing medical therapies
- Care process: Identify the need for care, plan, control and document the care process digitally or in writing without gaps
- Cooperation: Working closely with doctors, therapists and relatives and supporting the team in shift work
- Quality assurance: adhere to care standards and actively contribute to improving the quality of care
Your profile
- You are flexible and quickly find your way around in different settings
- You have experience with long-term care/old care
- In the best case, you have completed the basic course Aggression Management
- You like to support the teams with bottlenecks and get involved
