The smallest need the largest. At our Neonatology IMC, you will support premature and newborn babies in a highly specialized university environment at the University Hospital Zurich. You combine cutting-edge medicine with empathetic, family-centered care and accompany children and their families in one of the most important phases of their lives. You will become part of an experienced and committed team that values cohesion, mutual support and cooperation at eye level. Because the care of our smallest patients only succeeds together.

Your tasks

• You nurture and care for 2 to 3 premature babies from the age of 28. week of pregnancy and sick newborns.
• Together with the families, you design an individual and family-centered care.
• In the first care of newborns in the childbirth department as well as in transports, you actively contribute your expertise and develop it continuously.
• You work according to current evidence-based findings and actively develop the quality of care.
• The interprofessional cooperation with doctors: inside and other specialists at eye level is a matter of course for you.

Your profile

• Completed training as nurse/nurse specialist HF/FH or comparable training.
• Professional experience in neonatology or pediatrics is beneficial.
• Ideally, you have an NDK neonatology or are ready to complete it.
• Enjoyment of demanding care, interprofessional cooperation and continuous development.
