Do you enjoy working with people? Would you like to join our nursing team at Gesundheitszentrum für das Alter Sydefädeli from January 1, 2027, or by agreement?
Tasks
- As the primary contact person for the residents assigned to you, with a focus on psychiatric illnesses, you are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adapting the care process, as well as delegating tasks to employees at other competency levels.
- You perform nursing and medical-technical procedures, predominantly in complex, unstable situations in the long-term psychiatric care sector.
- You advise and support residents and relatives during illness and crises.
- You assume responsibility for the ward during the day.
- You contribute to the development of ward goals to ensure quality and collaboration.
Profile
- A strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think in an interconnected way and high resilience, as well as a willingness to embrace new things
- Excellent organizational skills and a precise working style
- Enthusiasm for working independently, combined with team spirit and commitment
- Completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad, as well as professional experience in long-term psychiatric care or equivalent psychiatric nursing training
- A warm and humorous basic attitude with a strong focus on people

The annual salary for this position ranges from Fr. 85’228.– to Fr. 113’882.– (100%), depending on experience.
