Do you like working with people? You want to start from the 1. November 2026 or use Unterstrass by agreement with our care team for the Brunnenpark 1 nursing home group in the Zurich Quarter?
Tasks
- As a nursing contact, you are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing process involving the social environment and the internal and external network.
- They shape everyday life together with the residents in a family-like framework – from cooking and eating together, households to actively participating in leisure time.
- You are actively and enthusiastically involved in the further development of the nursing offer on your residential group by contributing yourself and your ideas and shaping the broad scope for action.
- They support the specialist dementia officer in supporting the team in challenging situations, work closely with the professional network and are actively involved in the further development and implementation of our dementia concept.
- They support learners and students of different educations in the health and social sector in the development of their skills.
Profile
- Passion for the concept of foster housing groups and for helping to shape a beautiful home for the residents
- Interest in the department of dementia and the willingness to assume a corresponding specialist function in the medium term
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad as well as additional training in the field of dementia or the willingness to complete such
- Resilience and joy to use the responsibility and scope for action of an independent residential group
- The willingness to share your expertise, strong leadership skills and enjoy active participation
