Tasks
- They are responsible for the care and care process.
- They are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adapting the care process as well as delegating tasks to employees of other levels of competence.
- They advise and accompany residents and relatives during illness and crises.

Profile
- Empathetic personality with a strong human orientation
- Several years of professional experience with complex nursing situations as well as psychiatric experience are beneficial
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing as well as excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think in a network and high resilience
