Tasks
- They are responsible for ensuring qualified care services according to contemporary care and treatment approaches and for efficiently delegating tasks to employees with different levels of competence.
- They take on nursing and medical tasks, especially in demanding care situations.
- They support residents and their relatives during periods of illness and in challenging moments.
- They are instrumental in shaping the departmental objectives to ensure and promote quality and interdisciplinary cooperation.
- Night services are also possible on request.
Profile
- Empathetic personality with a strong human orientation
- Enthusiasm for self-responsible work, combined with team spirit and commitment
- Completed training as nurse (HF/FH/DNII)
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing as well as excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think in a network and high resilience
