- Care and care for people with dementia in the age psychiatric setting as part of the corresponding competence level of the Skill & Grade mix
- Design and management of the care process in the caregiver work with patients, relatives and internal and external specialists
- Implementation of medical and nursing therapeutic work
- Cooperation with relatives within the framework of family-centered care
- Acting in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations
- Co-design and implementation of change processes This is what they bring with them.
- Professional experience in psychiatry, somatics and/or age
- Sound experience and joy in dealing with people with dementia
- High level of technical, social and personal competence and structured working methods
- Willingness to contribute to change processes, to engage in new things and to actively shape changes
- CAS in Gerontology or willingness to graduate
- Good knowledge of German and IT
- Foreign diplomas require SRK recognition You can expect
