For the area of adult psychiatry, Station Park B with the treatment focus on recovery-oriented social psychiatry in the acute area, we are looking for a

Station Park B offers adults between the ages of 18 and 60 support and assistance in mental health crises. We work according to current clinical guidelines and findings of evidence-based medicine. The recovery-oriented therapeutic concept of the station combines disorder-specific therapeutic elements with established crisis intervention techniques and milieutherapeutic action factors. Work on the Safewards concept is under construction and will complement the overall concept of the station.

• In your role with the interdisciplinary team, you ensure the processes on the ward and ensure good treatment of our patients.
• They exemplify appreciation and recognition and support the new and innovative. You decide responsibly, customer-oriented and solution-oriented.
• You bring with you psychiatric knowledge and experience, which you contribute in everyday life in the interdisciplinary team and help shape the treatment.
• They share responsibility for the organisation, coordination and quality of care in the station.
• Promoting a resource- and relationship-oriented approach to care is important to you.
• They actively shape the therapeutic environment of the station and orient themselves in their way of working on the station concept.
• With commitment and openness, you think and act for the benefit of patients.
• They are interested and motivated to contribute to the establishment of the Safewards concept and to the success, as well as to participate in the conceptual further development of the station.

Your profile

• You have completed training for the Dipl. Nurse HF/FH, are interested in the psychiatric area, have professional experience and enjoyment and understanding in dealing with people in their problem management.
• You have experience in the psychiatric field.
• It gives you pleasure to manage complex situations together and to act in a recovery-oriented manner.
• They like to work in a team and are characterized by flexibility.
• Self-employment, a sense of responsibility, decision-making competence and a high level of social competence distinguish you.
• They are interested in the further development of care processes and quality, as well as enjoying a responsible and versatile activity in a dynamic environment.
