For the interdisciplinary work at the Psychiatric Day Clinic Wetzikon, we are looking for a
The Wetzikon Day Clinic offers a modular range of treatments for patients aged 18 and over, with various psychiatric disorders, including affective disorders (depression, anxiety disorders), disorders of emotion regulation, personality disorders, psychotic illnesses and ADHD.
Your tasks
- Individual care and case management of patients, including caregiver work in close coordination with the interdisciplinary team
- Leading and co-leading psychotherapeutic as well as topic-specific group offers and conducting individual discussions
- Supporting patients in crisis situations with professional expertise
- Active participation in the design and further development of the treatment concept of the day clinic, especially with a focus on reintegration into everyday life, employment and work
Your profile For this varied and exciting job, you have a degree in nursing at HF level and have already gained 3 years of professional experience in the field of psychiatric nursing. You appreciate working in an interprofessional team and convince with an action-oriented way of working. Your enthusiasm is complemented by strong social skills and a strong customer orientation. In addition, you have an interest and motivation to contribute your professional expertise to the therapeutic principles of the day clinic and to combine it with the day clinic concepts.
