To complement our team in the care service day we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement as Nursing professional HF / DN II / AKP (50%) At the heart of what we do is people with disabilities. The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called “Wagi”) in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees who need support accompanied jobs. For this we give you the responsibility

• Nursing-medical care of our residents and professional support of employees in the living environment Living, leisure and work
• Support for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Cooperation in interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Monitoring and case support in the event of deterioration of the health status of residents
• Controls, laboratory activities and blood sampling

You fit in with us and with this position, if you also put our residents (and our supervised employees) at the center of your activities and you bring the following:

• Nurse (HF, FH, DN II or AKP)
• Several years of work in various areas of care
• Good professional and social skills
• Good PC knowledge and very good German skills in word and writing
• RAI knowledge is beneficial
