For our surgical unit with a focus on cardiac surgery and traumatology at the Triemli site, we are looking for 1. September 2026 or by appointment a team-oriented personality who works 80% and in all shifts in the first 3 months and then wants to reduce her workload.

Tasks

• You are responsible for planning and implementing care based on the care process as well as guidelines and instructions.
• You are responsible for patient-centered documentation of the work and care process and the correct performance recording.
• You actively contribute to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and work with high service quality.
• You contribute to improving the quality and development of care.
• You are jointly responsible for supervising trainees and introducing new employees.

Profile

• Training as a nurse HF/FH
• Professional experience in a surgical bed ward in a Swiss acute care hospital
• Independent and self-responsible working methods as well as a strong quality and service awareness
• Cross-cutting understanding and economic thinking and action
• Enjoy working in a complex and demanding field
