The Sonnweid is considered one of the leading institutions for people with dementia. In our competence center, our 330 employees from different disciplines serve and maintain 174 residents. Home doctors and age psychiatrists ensure medical care. The differentiated housing and care concept is adapted to the stage of the disease. Our semi-acute station offers a temporary home for people with particularly challenging behavior, while the day/night station relieves carers with day and holiday stays. Our mission, which focuses on the needs of dementia, forms the basis for our daily action. With joy and conviction, we make every effort to make the residents feel comfortable and at home in the Sonnweid. We respect each other in our individuality and support ourselves in challenging situations.

• Responsibility for a station with 12 residents with a moderate to severe dementia Care and support of the residents in all areas of daily life Personal and organizational guidance of 10 employees as well as 1-2 trainees Individual and relationship-oriented care, care and support of our residents Ensuring the care process, the life environment and everyday design incl.
