Do you want to deepen your nursing competence, actively pass on your expertise and develop the quality of care together with a committed team? As a nurse with special tasks (mbA) in the field, you take on an important role in complex care situations, strengthen the professional competence in the team and bring current knowledge to the nursing practice.

Your field of activity

• Professional responsibility in complex care situations as well as ensuring professional, evidence-based and patient-oriented care
• Advice and support of nurses and FaGe in technical issues and in the implementation of the care process
• Active co-design of the specialist development as well as introduction and implementation of nursing concepts and current findings from research
• Provision of specialist knowledge through training, practical support and support in the training and further development of employees
• Assuming daily responsibility or Shift management and coordination of competence-oriented cooperation in the interprofessional team
• Participation in the implementation of the educational mission and promotion of a high level of care and patient safety

This sets you apart

• Degree as a Dipl. Nursing professional / Dipl. Nursing professional HF/FH
• Several years of professional experience in the acute field and ideally sound specialist competence in complex care situations or the curiosity to acquire these specialist competences
• Enjoy passing on your expertise, advising employees and jointly developing the quality of care
• Initiative, a sense of responsibility and a safe handling of changing requirements in everyday work
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
• Enjoyment of the nursing profession and high willingness to provide services
