Did you hear about Kolleg:innen who worked on a ward with a focus on eating disorders and felt like "policeman:innen" because they had to constantly check whether the patients:innen had eaten enough? That will not be the case with us. You are responsible for the pre- and debriefing and we do eating accompaniments and not eating controls. One of our most important concerns is to support patients in restoring their lives to health outside the clinic.
