Tasks
- They ensure high-quality care in accordance with current care and treatment standards and, as a day-to-day responsible person, take on the efficient delegation of tasks to employees of different levels of competence.
- In day-to-day nursing care, they assume responsibility for complex care situations and, as caregivers, are the central contact person for relatives and third parties.
- They support, accompany and promote learners and students from different educational fields in health and social services on their way to developing their skills.
- You contribute your own ideas and take on joint responsibility for the implementation of the departmental goals.
- They make an important contribution to ensuring a high quality of care and actively promote interdisciplinary cooperation.
Profile
- Empathetic personality with a strong human orientation
- Enthusiasm for self-responsible work, combined with team spirit and commitment
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad
- Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing as well as excellent communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, the ability to think in a network and high resilience
