The Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK) with the age and health centers Tägerhalde and Wangensbach with about 130 residents as well as the day home, the Spitex, the living in old age and the consulting with a total of about 250 employees is a non-profit public limited company fully owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.
The Tägerhalde site is looking for a calm and empathetic personality for the protected residential group for people with dementia developments with 21 residents. They make an important contribution to the quality and further development as well as the promotion of employees in the residential group and work with the principle of normality.
Your new tasks
- Quality development and initiate projects in cooperation with the Head of Care and Care as well as the care expert
- Assuming daily responsibility for nursing and organizational matters
- Implementation of the resource model and the principle of normalcy
- Participation in direct care
- Guidance and review of RAI documentation and performance recording among residents
- Contact person for internal and external stakeholders
- Degree as a qualified nurse or nurse specialist HF/FH
- Proven experience and passion in the care and care of people with dementia developments
- Understanding of interdisciplinary cooperation
- Networked thinking as well as curiosity and openness to new ideas
- Strong ability for organizational tasks
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German as well as good IT user knowledge
