Gesundheitsnetz Küsnacht AG (GNK), with the Tägerhalde and Wangensbach residential and healthcare centres, approximately 130 residents, as well as a day centre, Spitex, senior living and counselling services, with around 250 employees in total, is a non-profit joint-stock company wholly owned by the municipality of Küsnacht.
For the Tägerhalde and/or Wangensbach locations, we are looking for a motivated person eager to develop further, by arrangement.
Your new responsibilities
- Individualized and relationship-oriented care, nursing and support of residents, as well as support and counselling of relatives
- Ensuring the care process and the organization of the living environment and daily life, including activation
- Taking on daily responsibility for nursing and organizational matters
- Implementation of the key-person system
- Ensuring nursing documentation (EasyDOK) and the timely recording of services using RAI
- Diploma as a registered nurse HF / FH
- At least 3 years of professional experience and motivation to continue developing
- High service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Very good spoken and written German skills as well as good RAI, easyDOK and IT skills
- 6 weeks until completion of the 20th year of age
- from age 21, 5 weeks
- from age 50, 6 weeks
- full-day public holiday «Sechseläuten & Chilbi-Montag»
- 1/2 working day afternoon of 24. & 31. December's
