The Department of Assistance & Security (B&S) at Pöschwies Prison (JVA) ensures a safe, orderly and legally compliant day-to-day prison life and thus makes a significant contribution to the institution’s operation. As of January 1, 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for a committed and responsible person as a technical:r clerk:in / leadership support 80-100%. The position is temporary until the end of 2028. In this role, you support the area in particular in the planning, coordination and implementation of organizational, technical and security-relevant tasks and projects. You do that with us.

• You manage and manage safety-relevant systems and applications and ensure their reliable operation
• User accounts, roles, permissions and master data you manage carefully and as needed
• With evaluations and data controls you ensure the data quality and take care of the correction of errors
• System and process documentation keeps you up-to-date and traceable
• During controls, actions, exercises and events you support the planning and implementation
• In day-to-day operations, you relieve the management and the team and contribute to a smooth service operation
• For short-term needs, you provide technical and organizational support
• You train employees in dealing with security-relevant applications and devices and support them with questions You bring that with you
• Completed vocational training, ideally in the technical or craft sector
• Very good MS Office skills, especially advanced Excel skills (mandatory)
• Technical flair and pleasure in dealing with different systems and applications
• Independent, reliable and structured working method

• Rapid comprehension, networked thinking and a solution-oriented approach
• Rest and overview even in demanding situations
