- Processing of external and internal customer inquiries and telephone support Operational planning and coordination of the service technicians in the field with the associated equipment Maintenance planning for the safe and preventive maintenance of customer machines Identification of spare parts and handling of complaints Building positive customer relationships through rapid and professional processing in the event of faults and machine downtimes Participation in internal and external projects Cooperation in new product developments and escalation cases in cooperation with adjacent areas (e.g.
- SCC, development) What we are looking for: Completed apprenticeship as an electronics engineer, automatic engineer, polymechanic or electromechanic, further education in the technical or commercial field of advantage Professional experience advantageous in service Flair for electronic, mechanical and optical components Good MS-Office knowledge Good knowledge of French in word and writing advantageous Self-employed and structured working methods Strong customer orientation as well as independent and structured working methods Stress resistance, flexibility, resilience and communicative personality Did we convince you?
