Hybrid Wage band 80,000 - 90,000 CHF Potential (2-3 years) up to 3,000 CHF 01 Future employer For a dynamic, internationally active technical company with 6 locations in Switzerland (500 employees), Europe and America, we are looking for a new team member for our customer. In this versatile position, you take over the complete processing of orders for various subsidiaries, from the preparation of quotations and order entry to invoicing. They work closely with sales representatives, logistics and production to ensure smooth order processing. In addition, you are the first point of contact for our international customers, supervising them by telephone / in writing in German, English and French. They are in regular contact with the locations in Europe and America. In this varied role, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the optimization of internal processes and to further develop in an international environment. 02 Your task – Customer support both in writing and by telephone – Coordination and clarification of appointments with customers (D/E/F) – Processing of returns, cancellations, direct debits and complaints – Recording and approval of orders in the SAP system – Maintenance and recording of prices in the system 03
