02 Your tasks

• Telephone and written customer support
• You will handle the complete sales and order processing, from preparing quotations and reviewing orders through to independent processing
• You will plan and coordinate deliveries, monitor appointments and deadlines, and thus ensure a smooth process
• Confident communication in German, English and French, always presenting yourself professionally
• Complaint management is also part of the day-to-day business – you have an affinity for customer concerns and find quick, practical solutions for high customer satisfaction

04 Your profile

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in Customer Service/inside sales
• Sound German language skills, very good French language skills and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Confident use of SAP systems and good knowledge of the MS Office suite (CRM systems and Microsoft)
• You are flexible, reliable and a committed person with initiative
