In the role of team leader: in taxes, you take responsibility for a specialized team and are the central point of contact for sales. Together, you ensure that our customers are optimally looked after in sensitive phases of life and can rely on our expertise. Your tasks
- Lead and develop a team of experts with 3 employees
- Advising customers (natural and legal persons) in tax law, in particular on tax issues relating to succession regulations, restructuring and real estate transactions
- Exploiting existing business potential thanks to needs-oriented and comprehensive advice
- Responsible for the further development of tax consultancy services and active participation in projects
- Represent and represent the team internally and externally
- Act as the central point of contact for sales in all matters relating to taxes
Your profile
- Completed higher specialist training (dipl. tax expert, MAS taxation or similar)
- Several years of practical and independent consulting experience in corporate and real estate tax law after completion of specialist training
- Enjoyment of intensive cooperation with colleagues: insiders from other specialist areas
- High consulting competence in dealing with demanding customer situations and sensitive life phases
- Empathy, strong communication skills and joy in dealing with people set you apart
- With your winning, secure appearance, you motivate employees and lead them to success
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, as well as good knowledge of English desirable, any other language is advantageous
