How you contribute
- End-to-end customer support throughout the entire air freight import chain
- Management and coordination of import shipments while taking service, quality and deadline requirements into account
- Planning and scheduling of transports and ensuring smooth operations
- Proactive shipment monitoring and transparent communication with customers and partners
- Preparation and review of relevant transport and customs documents.
- Close collaboration with airlines, transport companies and internal stakeholders
- Continuous monitoring of KPIs and implementation of optimization measures
What sets you apart
- Completed training in freight forwarding and logistics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in air freight
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills, team spirit and flexibility
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English
