Your main tasks

• Invoicing and case handling of stationary services: timely creation, cancellation and invoicing of invoices as well as processing of pendencies, supplementary invoices, error logs, bill rejections and corrections
• Participation in process optimization in stationary invoicing
• Information and contact person for cost carriers such as insurance companies, patients: inside and internal offices
• Assistance in the training of new employees as well as support for supervisors in individual tasks

Your profile

• Ideally, a completed CV training
• Medical knowledge is beneficial for handling report requests
• In-depth knowledge in MS-Office applications
• Communication strength
• Quick comprehension, initiative and teamwork
• Very good knowledge of German
