For an innovative trust company with around 30 employees at four Swiss locations, we are looking for a committed reinforcement for the team in Zurich. The Zurich team has successfully specialized in supporting primarily Spanish-speaking mandates and offers an international, dynamic environment. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for you!
This is your job
- Finance: management of financial accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll accounts as well as active participation in financial statements and VAT accounts.
- Mandate support: Assistance in advising national and isolated international customers (small businesses, self-employed, private customers) as well as support in starting companies and business tasks.
- Taxation: Professional preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons.
- Office Management: Maintaining customer relations and taking on general administrative tasks (telephone, e-mail, reception).

- Training: Commercial degree, ideally already with first experience in the trust area, as well as the willingness to further professional training.
- Language skills: Very good knowledge of Spanish (ideally at native language level) as well as stylish German (English and Portuguese are a welcome advantage).
- Working method: A pronounced number flair, an analytical and structured working method combined with reliability, flexibility and high IT affinity.
