: Mobiliar is the most personal insurance in Switzerland. In asset management, we manage billions in assets with foresight and responsibility. Due to succession planning, we are looking for you as a real estate asset manager for the Zurich, Aargau and Zug regions. You ensure the representation of the owners of a mixed real estate portfolio and contribute your extensive specialist knowledge to optimize the performance of the existing properties.

This is what you do with us

In the role of owner's representative, you lead and monitor the commissioned management companies. You will also develop individual property strategies and budget specifications and be responsible for sustainable cash flow. In addition, you independently manage single-tenant properties.

In addition, you analyze the rental income (market rents), plan and optimize the repair/maintenance of the individual properties and continuously check the tenant needs and energy efficiency of the properties. To do this, you will work on the further development of internal departmental processes and projects.

You work on investment projects, integrate new properties into the portfolio and issue and are responsible for the corresponding marketing and initial rental orders. You actively maintain contact with important tenants, single tenants and other market participants.

What you bring with you

• Higher specialized training in real estate management (e.g. federal diploma in real estate trustee SVIT, MAS Real Estate Management or similar)
• Very good knowledge of real estate management, marketing and valuation as well as good IT user skills
• Several years of professional experience in the care of residential and commercial buildings
• High sense of responsibility, initiative, confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills as well as a team player
• Native language German
