For our station with a focus on urology and interdisciplinary surgery we are looking for a dipl. Nurse with an additional function in professional responsibility. You look after patients at a high nursing level and actively participate in the professional and organizational development of the station.

YOUR SCOPE

• Need- and customer-oriented care and care of patients according to the care process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Holistic and individual care of the patients assigned to you according to the care process
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic and therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor with the support of our specialist health staff
• Identification and control of emergency situations and initiation of adequate measures until the arrival of the doctor
• Assuming responsibility for the correct patient documentation and information sharing in the assigned task area
• Implementation of department-internal evaluations and subject-specific short-term training

REQUIRED TRAINING

• Completed training as a dipl. Nursing professional or equivalent SRK recognition in foreign diplomas

Previous experience

• Professional experience required in acute hospital

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience and high organisational talent
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing (certificate B2)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social skills and strong empathy
• Teamwork and ability to guide employees
