YOUR SCOPE

• Need- and customer-oriented care and care of patients according to the care process in cooperation with our partner doctors and an interprofessional team.

YOUR TASKS

• Competent and individual care as well as care of our patients taking into account our care mission statement
• Independent implementation of the diagnostic as well as therapeutic measures prescribed by the doctor in cooperation with our specialist health staff
• Recognize and control emergency situations and initiate adequate measures until the arrival of the doctor
• Assuming responsibility for the correct patient documentation as well as information sharing in the assigned task area

As part of your additional function as a vocational trainer, you can expect the following tasks:

• You will accompany and support our RF student nursing and the learner health during their practical training – both technically and educationally.
• You ensure that the educational assignment is professionally implemented in the department according to the training concept.

REQUIRED TRAINING

• Completed training for/for dipl. Nursing professional or equivalent SRC recognition for foreign diplomas
• Vocational training: Vocational trainers* in SVEB 1 or the willingness to complete them

Previous experience

• At least two years of professional experience in acute care

OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Great flexibility, resilience and high organisational talent
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing (certificate B2)
• Good IT user knowledge
• High social skills and strong empathy
• Teamwork and ability to guide employees
