In this role, you are responsible for the reliable operation and the continuous development of the internal IT infrastructure. You work solution-oriented, take responsibility and contribute with your know-how to the sustainable and future-oriented development of the IT landscape. 02 Your task Implementation of complex migration projects in the Microsoft environment Managing Remote Desktop Services – Support with heart and mind (remote and on site) Microsoft 365 environment (planning, commissioning, migration, consulting) Design, implement and maintain IT systems and networks (firewall, switches, APs) – Co-design and further development of RMM and monitoring systems – Independent error analysis and troubleshooting of customer systems 03
