Ihre Aufgaben
- First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Anwender
- Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
- Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von IT-Geräten
- Betreuung der IT-Systeme vor Ort und remote
- Dokumentation von Lösungen und Abläufen
- Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten und Optimierungen
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung im IT-Bereich oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung im ICT-Support von Vorteil
- Freude an Technik und am Umgang mit Menschen
- Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen
- Führerausweis Kat. B
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
