- Providing high-quality 1st-level support for incidents and service requests in Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai for hardware, modern workplace, systems, business applications and audiovisual solutions
- Ensuring professional VIP support for critical user groups
- Processing incidents and service requests according to defined ITSM processes using ServiceNow
- Implementation of user administration, granting of access authorizations as well as user training and maintenance of knowledge articles in German and English
- Operation and maintenance of multimedia and conference room infrastructure (ClickShare, beamer, conferencing systems)
- Management of IT hardware assets as well as coordination and cooperation with external service providers and partners
- Support in the planning, prioritization and distribution of the daily workload in the service desk as well as cooperation in projects, process optimizations and the further development of IT service standards When you fit in with us:
