As an ICT & E-Business Supporter (100%) you are the central point of contact for Microsoft Office topics, webshop, e-books, ERP and logistics.
First-level support software and hardware for employee workplaces and logistics equipment
Analysis, forwarding and control of support cases to external partners

Coordination and troubleshooting for web applications, ERP and Office applications
Technical second-level support for digital products from the online shop (e-books)
Creating documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions
Maintenance of user management ERP and environment systems Requirements
5 years of experience in IT support: professional experience in a commercial or production company
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): basic computer science training (e.g. mediamatist or computer scientist), possible further education and deepening of web technologies
German (fluent) English (good knowledge): German is a mandatory criterion, which is why applications in foreign languages are not viewed.
