As an ICT & E-Business Supporter (100%) you are the central point of contact for Microsoft Office topics, webshop, e-books, ERP and logistics.

Support our teams, solve technical challenges.

Main responsibilities

  • First-level support software and hardware for employee workplaces and logistics equipment
  • Analysis, forwarding and control of support cases to external partners

Application process

  • Coordination and troubleshooting for web applications, ERP and Office applications
  • Technical second-level support for digital products from the online shop (e-books)
  • Creating documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions
  • Maintenance of user management ERP and environment systems Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in IT support: professional experience in a commercial or production company
  • Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): basic computer science training (e.g. mediamatist or computer scientist), possible further education and deepening of web technologies
  • German (fluent) English (good knowledge): German is a mandatory criterion, which is why applications in foreign languages are not viewed.
