Would you like to use your SAP HCM know-how to further develop our HR system landscape for agency sales and our Zurich Switzerland employees – and at the same time take the next step towards SuccessFactors and modern HR technologies?

In this role, you are part of the HR division in the HR Technology & Analytics team at Zurich Switzerland. With your expertise at the interface of HR and technology, you actively shape the further development of our HR system landscape and ensure that central HR processes function reliably and efficiently. You work closely with various stakeholders, contribute your ideas to projects and optimizations and develop sustainable solutions for agency sales and our employees. At the same time, the role offers you the opportunity to get to know modern HR technologies, gain experience in the field of SuccessFactors Employee Central and further expand your technical expertise.

This is what awaits you

• Together with the relevant interfaces, you ensure stable operation of the SAP HCM modules in two SAP systems and keep a reliable eye on the connections to the conversion systems.
• You are actively involved in projects, develop viable solutions for HR and payroll and resolve disruptions independently
• You accompany changes holistically throughout the entire life cycle, from design and customization to implementation and successful implementation.
• Bring different requirements together, coordinate program changes in partnership with the development department and be proactive when planning upgrades and support packages
• You have the opportunity to get involved in the environment of SuccessFactors Employee Central and to further develop your know-how in the cloud HR environment.

This sets you apart

• Several years of experience in the administration and support of SAP HCM, ideally with a focus on PY, PA and OM
• In-depth knowledge of the HCM standard processes and the associated customizing, especially in the field of Swiss payroll
• familiarity with schemes, cycles and calculation rules; ABAP, SQL or Reporting Knowledge is Advantageous
• interest in modern HR technologies
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is a plus
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
