Coordination of HR administration activities by supporting and advising HR officials

- Proven professional experience in a multi-purpose HR specialist position within a large Swiss structure, ideally in the public or para-public sector
- Experience in coordinating or supervising activities (with trainees, apprentices or small teams) and/or coordinating projects
- Good knowledge of Swiss labour law, if possible of the specific legal framework of the cantonal administration of Vaud
- Recruitment practice: recruitment of computer profiles or knowledge of computer professions remains a plus
- Master's degree in HR/Labour Psychology or Federal HR Specialist Certificate or equivalent training
- HR Manager Certificate Required Qualifications:
- Ability to federate and support a team with strong self-help and leadership
- Proactivity, management of priorities, strength of proposal Ability to manage a wide range of tasks
