This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic and execution-focused Projects & Business Management Lead to join us and support the Business Area Head for People & Communications and the broader People & Communications function.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and transformation, ensuring that key initiatives across People, Culture, and Communications are effectively designed, executed, and delivered.
You will act as a strategic partner and program leader, translating priorities into structured programs, driving cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring strong governance, reporting, and follow-through.

- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, analysis, and presentations for executive leadership
- Connects within the People & Communications functions as well as with our people across Avaloq to provide insights on trends, people engagement, culture, and communication effectiveness
- Conduct research and benchmarking on best practices in people and communications strategy and organizational transformation
- Support the preparation of materials for executive committees and board discussions Change & Transformation
- Drive the planning and follows implementation of major people and culture initiatives
- Coordinate change management and communication strategies to ensure successful adoption
- Monitor impact and progress of transformation programs Governance & Stakeholder Coordination
