- You are the deputy of our Payroll Manager – from monthly wage processing to help with end-of-year work
- You are in charge of our social security of A-Z
- You are the first contact person when it comes to topics related to time recording
- You collect, control and validate working hours and wage payments and ensure that employee data is kept clean.
- You create evaluations and reports that make decisions easier for others
- You help to build a systematic case management – so that absences are not simply managed, but actively accompanied
- You work in HR projects and are actively involved in the optimization and digitalization of our HR and payroll processes
- You train your topics internally when it comes down to it – short, understandable and without specialist Chinese
- In addition, there are tasks that make up everyday life – from service anniversaries and the retired party to administrative special tasks.
