Within the HR team, your activity includes the administrative management of employees of the Directorate and Common Services, including the production of various administrative acts.
As part of this opportunity, you provide information and advice to collaborators and managers on HR procedures issues and assume administrative management for the target audience for which you are responsible, in synergy with an assistant HR colleague and two HR managers.
Thus, you intervene administratively throughout the life cycle of the staff, from recruitment to the start, and in connection with many partners of HRD and the institution (wage manager, recruitment department, managers, etc.).
