- (approx. 50%) Competent contact person and Sparring Partner for executives and employees in all personnel matters Consultancy and support in labour law issues and support for demanding personnel cases Professional accompaniment of individual measures such as warnings, terminations, contractual changes, and implementation and support of cancellation and return talks Responsibility along the entire HR Life Cycle ( recruitment, development, separation) Working in HR projects (e.g. cultural development, talent management, digitalization) Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of action recommendations Operating HR operations (approx. 50%) Creation of work contracts, contract changes and certificates Maintenance of master data in the HR system (Abacus) and management of the digital personal files Processing of the entire employee life cycle from entry to exit Processing of reductions, mutations and personal statistics Support in wage preparation Cooperation in HR projects and active participation in the further development and optimization of HR processes What you bring: Complete basic commercial training HR training (min.
- HR certificate) Multiannual based HR experience in a similar function Funded knowledge of the entire HR Life Cycle and proven experience in advising and accompanying executives Very good knowledge of Swiss labour and social security law incl.
