Your mission
- Strategic and operational HR consulting for regional management and store managers
- Active participation and implementation of the People Agenda in the regional markets
- Support for transformation, change and restructuring measures
- Ensuring uniform HR standards, processes and compensation logics in the markets
- Analysis of people KPIs and derivation of effective measures
- Regular, structured presence in the markets and building strong relationships with local stakeholders
Your match with us
- Several years of experience as HR Business Partner:in or HR Manager:in, ideally in a retail or multi-location environment
- Experience working with regional management, market managers and executives
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Experience in accompanying change and transformation processes
- High implementation strength, decision-making capacity and conflict competence
- Analytical, structured working methods and security in dealing with people KPIs
- High personal responsibility, willingness to travel within the assigned region and enjoying a targeted presence in the markets
- Very good knowledge of Italian and French
- Good knowledge of German and English
