Requirements

• Completed commercial or business training with a further training in human resource management (e.g. HR specialist with your own professional ID card) - Multi-year professional experience in a comparable function as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in an industrial or commercial business.

technical environment

• Well-founded knowledge in Swiss labour law
• Proactive, independent and structured working methods combined with a high level of quality and service awareness
• Expressed communication skills, empathy and joy in working with people of different hierarchies and disciplines
• Very good German and English knowledge in word and writing
• French knowledge is beneficial

Tasks

• Consulting and support of managers in all personal-relevant topics along the Employee Lifecycle, from recruitment to exit
• Self-employed management of disciplinary discussions and health interviews as well as consulting of managers in labour law issues
• Close cross-site cooperation with the national and international Stadler Signalling locations in all HR-relevant topics
• Participation in the further development, optimization and implementation of operational HR processes
• Active participation in cross-sectoral
