Main responsibilities
- Strategic and operational advice for managers in all personnel-relevant issues
- Supervision of the entire recruitment process – from personnel requirements planning to contract conclusion
- Assistance of employees and supervisors in development, conflict, return, disciplinary and separation talks
- Co-design and further development of modern HR processes, instruments and systems
- Support in personnel and succession planning as well as in talent management processes
- Planning and implementation of training, workshops and employee events
- Cooperation in cross-sectoral projects and support for new openings
- Plannable travel activities (decentralised HR organisation) Requirements
