Exciting challenges await you

• you advise and accompany managers of your support areas competently in all personnel-relevant and employment-law issues
• You are a trusted contact person for employees with questions about their employment relationship
• You are responsible for care management in your care areas and accompany employees and managers in appropriate situations
• Together with our HR Service Center, you ensure the smooth handling of HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle
• you are actively involved in HR topics, develop them further, optimize existing processes and contribute to the digitalization of our HR processes

What sets you apart for the job

• completed training as an HR specialist with corresponding further training, e.g. CAS/DAS or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable HR business partner role
• Healthcare experience is beneficial
• Enjoyment in advising and accompanying managers at different hierarchical levels
• Affinity to digital workflows and modern HR tools
• Strong service and consulting skills as well as a good sense of people and situations
• independent, committed, responsible and solution-oriented working method
• very good knowledge of German and an experienced handling of IT applications
