- Contact point for administrative HR issues
- Independent administrative handling of personnel processes (entries, resignations, various employment mutations, etc.)
- Preparation of entry and exit documents
- Managing and managing personnel dossiers
- Preparation of intermediate and employment certificates and employment confirmations
- Participation in HR projects
Your profile
- Commercial training with further training in human resources and at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable capacity; ideally in the hospital environment and/or in public administration
- Good MS-Office and if possible SAP-HCM user knowledge
- Solution and customer-oriented thinking
- A strong quality awareness, which is used in daily work
- Team-oriented with an independent working method
- Stylistic German
