The nature of your activity

• Personnel administration along the entire Employee Life Cycle
• Advising employees and managers on HR administration issues
• Preparation of employment contracts, confirmations and employment certificates
• Maintenance of personnel and master data
• Management of HR systems UKG, Swiss Salary
• Participation in HR projects
• Optimization and digitalization of HR processes

The basis of your performance

• Completed commercial training and experience in personnel administration
• Further training in human resources (HR assistant / HR clerk or similar)
• Independent, structured and reliable working method
• High quality awareness and pronounced accuracy
