- Respond to urgent housekeeping requests, spills, sanitation issues, special cleaning needs and office checks.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and staff performance during shift hours.
- Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety practices.
- Maintain adequate stock of linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment for the next shift.
- Report maintenance concerns, hazards, or repair issues promptly.

- The Hotel Cleanliness Supervisor – Late Shift is responsible for overseeing evening housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness of all assigned rooms, cleanliness of all public area’s extra requests, organization of all housekeeping designated offices and storage rooms.
